Terry Davis

Terry Mintz Davis Jr., 85, of Bladenboro passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Terry Mintz Davis Sr., and Mary Guyton Davis. Terry leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years, Eldra Davis of the home; one son, Craig Davis (Kathy) of Bladenboro; one daughter, Lynn Brisson (Gary) of Dublin; two granddaughters, Madilyn Brisson, Holland Davis and two grandsons, Cole Brisson and Nate Davis.

Terry was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was the owner and operator of Davis Sand & Gravel company for 20 years and worked for the NC DOT until his retirement. His adored his grandchildren who could do no wrong in his eyes. He enjoyed attending every ball game and event they were involved with. Terry was an active member of Sandy Grove Baptist Church. He loved to be outdoors. His family will forever hold to the compassionate, hard working and loving legacy he leaves behind.

A Drive-Thru Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Sandy Grove Baptist Church in Bladenboro. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 pm in the Bladen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Elizabethtown. All attendees are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
