Obituary

Sonia Harris Bryan, 49, of Bladenboro went to her eternal home on June 6, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, George and Martha McLamb, paternal grandparents George Harris and Ruth Davis, and mother-in-law Dorothy Bryan. Sonia is survived by husband Hugh Bryan of Bladenboro, her father Alex Harris of Bladenboro, her mother Veronica McLamb Harris of Clarkton, father-in-law Wilbur Bryan (Rita) of Bladenboro, one son Hugh Dylon Bryan of Clarkton, one daughter Taylar Nichole Bryan of Bladenboro, one sister Lisa Harris Walsh of Tampa, FL, sister-in-law Sheila Bryan Carter, one granddaughter Makalynn Elizabeth Bryan, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 2 pm with Kay Meismer officiating the service. Burial will follow the services in the Allen Cemetery in Dublin.

At other times, the family will receive friends at the home of Wilbur and Rita Bryan, 3225 Guyton Road, Bladenboro, NC 28320 and also at the home of her mother Veronica McLamb Harris, Clarkton, NC.
