Iula Bedsole

Iula Lennon Bedsole, 86, of White Lake, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Ina Lennon; husband, Harvey Layton Bedsole, Sr.; brothers: Murdock E. Lennon, L. David Lennon; sisters: Alease Corbin and Mary Ida Jenkins.

Iula leaves behind two sons, Harvey Layton Bedsole, Jr. and wife, Kari of Wilmington, NC, Marc Lennon Bedsole and wife, Cindy of Orlando, FL; daughter, June Bedsole Guyton and husband, Steve of White Lake, NC; six grandchildren, Chelsea (Todd), Jenna (Scott), Patrick, Nathan, Morgan (Kendall) and Michael.

Iula Lennon Bedsole was, and forever will be, a loving and faithful wife, mother, grandmother, caregiver, and friend to all who have been blessed enough to know her. She was a member of and attended Elizabethtown Baptist Church. To know her was to laugh until you cried and be fed until you could eat no more. In all things, she gave her everything.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 6th at 4pm in the Beards Chapel Church Cemetery in White Lake, NC with Pastor Rudy Ramphal officiating service.
