Harry Horton

Harry “Rudy” Rudolph Horton, 85, U.S. Navy Veteran of Bladenboro passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie P. Horton and Dottie Formyduval Horton, his wife Sylvia Hester Horton and one daughter, Kim Thomas. Rudy leaves behind one son, Harry Horton, one granddaughter, Shawn Bolin, and two brothers-in-law: Alexander Hester (India) and Ronnie Hester (Becky), both of Bladenboro.

Rudy was a quiet, kind, and hardworking man. He retired from Four County Electric in Elizabethtown.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021at 3:00 pm in the Community Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro.Rev. Joshua Sykes and Rev. Earl Hester will be officiating the service.  All attendees are respectfully asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
