Kim Todd, 67, of Bladenboro passed away on July 10, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Weldin and Magaleen Cartrette Todd, stepson Timmy Inman, and step grandsons, Cody Hammond and Brandon Smith. Kim leaves behind his wife, Carrie H. Todd of the home, stepchildren, Wanda Smith, Dennis Inman, Tammy Rising (Ronnie), Pamela DiCicco (Johnny) and Karen Butler, all of Bladenboro, two brothers, Robin Todd (Melinda) of Bladenboro, Delane Todd (Deirdre) of Shallotte, two sisters Vicky Johnson (Glenn) of Whiteville and Mechelle Edwards (Randy) of Bladenboro, 12 step grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Kim served in the United States Navy for two years. He was known to the radio community as “Loader Man”. He enjoyed fishing, working on 18-wheeler trucks, going to the beach, and making bird houses. Kim was a loving brother, husband, stepfather, grandfather and uncle that will be missed.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm on Friday, July 15th at the Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 1 pm with Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Community Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro.
