Tommy Dove

Tommy Tank Dove, 56, of Elizabethtown passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Dove and Elizabeth Kinlaw Dove Bordeaux, one brother Tony Dove, and cousin Renee Smith Priest. Tommy is survived by his stepdad, Kent Bordeaux of Elizabethtown, one stepson, Derek Davis (Tiffany) of Elizabethtown, one sister, Sherry Dowless (Robert) of Bladenboro, two step-grandchildren, London Davis and Lincoln Davis, and two nephews, Nathan Dowless (Ashley) and his children, Taylor and Tenley, and Jeremy Dowless (Emily) and his children, Riley, Avery, and Anna Grey Dowless.

Tommy was a fun guy with a warm disposition. He loved his family and his coworkers but especially his mom. He was a fan of the Carolina Tar Heels and the Miami Dolphins. He enjoyed playing softball and golf.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Bordeaux Cemetery on Owen Hill Rd in Elizabethtown. Rev. Cory Nance and Rev. Derek Davis will be officiating. All attendees are respectfully asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
