Stephanie Alvarez

Stephanie Elizabeth Alvarez, 15, of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at her home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mariana Burgos Marita. Stephanie leaves behind her father, Josue Daniel Alvarez of the home, paternal grandparents, Juan Alvarez and Rosaeura Bonilla, maternal grandmother, Linda Merritt, and one sister, Zoey Jackson of Fairmont.

Stephanie was a compassionate young lady who adored her family. She enjoyed going to the movies, eating mac & cheese and homemade tacos. Stephanie would often spend time playing Mine Craft on her phone or drawing. She had a special love of animals and her favorite time of year was Christmas. She will be missed for her sweet smile and her cheerful disposition.

The family will receive friends from 9-11 am on Saturday, August 27th at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am in the chapel. Burial will follow the services in the Bladen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
