Millie Bryan

Millie Jean Richardson Bryan, 81, of Bladenboro passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Richardson and Mildred Cox Richardson; brother, James Richardson; sister, Judith Richardson; daughter-in-law, Lori Ann Guyton; granddaughter, Morgan Ivey Guyton and niece, Stephanie Richardson.

Millie leaves behind her husband, William Bryan of the home; son, Ben Guyton Jr. of Bladenboro; daughter, Gwen Guyton of Bladenboro; brothers: Mickey Richardson of Red Springs, Bobby Richardson and Steve Richardson, both of Clarkton; sister, Gayle Faircloth of Surf City; grandchildren: Rachel Irias, Summer Lennon (Forrest), Clint Owens (Amber) and great-grandchildren: Kyrstin, Gabbi, Riley, Ruby, Salem, and Stryker.

Millie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed going to Melvins and Pier 41 to eat. She also loved sitting on her front porch with her cat, Samantha. Traveling was a passion, she loved her sweets, and she never met a baby she didn’t like. Millie’s kind and gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all.

The family will receive friends from 2-2:45pm on Tuesday, February 28th at Center Road Baptist Church in Bladenboro. A funeral service will be held at 3pm with Rev. Adam Self and Rev. Warren Hill officiating service. Burial will follow in the New Pait Cemetery in Bladenboro.
