Justice Butler

Justice Harvey Butler, 94, of Fairmont passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Greenbrier Assisted Living in Fairmont. He was preceded in death by his parents, P.C. Butler and Lettie Brisson Butler, two brothers, Ezra Butler and Creston Butler, and four sisters: Mae Lewis, Margie Lewis, Artie Smith, and Bertha Meares. He is survived by three brothers: Lee Butler and wife Brenda, Alvin Butler, and Hoover Butler and wife Margaret, all of Bladenboro, and one sister Nora Smith, also of Bladenboro.

A family graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the New Pait Cemetery in Bladenboro with Rev. Jimmy Tatum officiating.
