Judy Roberts Dean

Judy Roberts Dean, formerly of Supply, passed from her temporary home to her eternal heavenly home on Monday, May 13, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Wilbert Dean, her parents, Addie and Starslie Roberts, a son Joseph Michael Dean, two sisters, Leatrice Roberts Meshaw, Annie Grace Roberts Bryan and one brother Livingston Roberts.

Judy is survived by her daughter Cameron Dean Porter of Leland, two grandsons: Joseph Matthew Hubbard of Dallas, TX, Anthony Porter of Charlotte, two great grandchildren, and one brother Reverend Dr. Mack Roberts and wife, Ella Rae of Dublin.

Judy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to all of whom she loved and supported to the best of her ability. She was a hard worker. She worked as manager of a huge apartment and condo complex in Fayetteville for many years. She loved to work with her hands and was very creative in whatever she set her mind to do. She loved to make jewelry, finish, or refinish furniture. She was a member of Brunswick Island Baptist Church, Supply, NC.

A graveside service will be held at the Archie Roberts Cemetery located at 55 Starslie Lane, Bladenboro, NC (On old 41 Hwy near Dublin) on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm.
