Joseph "Joe" Walters

Joseph “Joe” West Walters, 71, of Bladenboro passed away at UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Walters and Mary West Walters; brother, Phil Walters; nieces: Rhonda and Melanie Walters.

Joe leaves behind his wife, Linda Brown Walters of the home; two sons: Craig Walters and wife Stephanie of Bladenboro, John Walters and wife Kelsea of Knoxville, Tennessee; daughter, Heather Pait and husband Travis od Bladenboro; three brothers: Tony Walters and wife Joyce, Bruce Walters and wife Wanda, and David Walters, all of Lumberton; grandchildren: Megan Pait, Jackson Pait, Grayson Walters, Anna Claire Walters, Cruz Walters, Lawson Walters, Ataly Walters, Karalin Walters, Weston Walters, Tillie Walters and Abby Lyn Pait.

A graveside service will be held at 3pm on Tuesday, January 24th in the Galeed Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro with Rev. Brett Young and Rev. Warren Hill officiating service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
