Joan Carolyn Taylor, 76, of Bladenboro passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Duke University Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everette D. Joan was a loving Christian wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family was her life, and she was happiest when surrounded by all of them. Joan enjoyed cooking and listening to Southern Gospel music. She was strong and independent, even in the last days; often sneaking out to make a trip to the grocery store. Her compassionate, loving spirit will not soon be forgotten.
