Ernest Harrelson

Ernest Dale Harrelson, age 80, passed away on September 26, 2022. He was son to the late E.B. Harrelson and Earline Simmons. He is preceded in death by his brother Tommy Harrelson, his daughter, Sandy Register Stephens, and his son, C. Bruce Harrelson.

He is survived by his wife, Sherian Harrelson, a son, Troy Cris Harrelson and wife, Randie, grandchildren Stephen Harrelson, Tristan West, Olivia Register, and Justin Merritt, and great grandchildren, Rayna West and Luke Britt.

A viewing will be held for family members 1:30-2:30 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 pm in the New Pait Cemetery in Bladenboro with the Reverend Kay Meismer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lower Cape Fear Angel Hospice House, 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.
