Elois Sykes

Elois Allen Sykes, 75, of Bladenboro passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon Earl and Edith Carroll Allen, and her husband, Dewey Sykes Sr. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Dewey Sykes Jr. (Carla) of the home, two grandchildren, Tiffany Sykes and Trey Hudson and one great grandchild Collin Hudson.

Elois was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family. She loved to watch the Old Country Music station on tv, do cross stitch, arts & crafts and crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed collecting light houses and cooking for her family. The love she gave so freely will be cherished in the hearts and memories of all that knew her.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 in the Allen Cemetery on Marsh Road in Bladenboro with Chaplain Rick Weidman officiating.
