Darryl Bordeaux

Darryl Bordeaux, 60, of Elizabethtown passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Durham Bordeaux and Magdalene Bryan Bordeaux. He leaves behind his daughter, Sydney B. Rogers of Zebulon, brother Randy Bordeaux of Fayetteville, sister Mylinda Bordeaux of Elizabethtown and two grandchildren Jaxton and Salleigh.

Darryl was a loving dad and granddad. His daughter and his grandkids were his life. He loved nothing better than spending time with them whether sitting on the sand at the beach or just eating breakfast with them. Sydney was a “Daddy’s girl” for sure and whatever she needed or wanted; her dad made sure she had it. He was on the go all the time and passed that trait down to his daughter. You could always bet Darryl would be at Champs every morning for a fresh cup of coffee and he would be at the races watching his favorite NASCAR drivers. He left lasting memories and a love that will continue to be felt for a lifetime.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm at Calvary Church A New Beginning in Bladenboro with Rev. Ronnie Brisson officiating. Services will conclude in the Bordeaux Family Cemetery on Owen Hill Rd in Elizabethtown.
