Beverly Ann Hibbard Stallings

Beverly Ann Hibbard Stallings, 67, of Clarkton passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 while at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC. She was born in Crawford County, PA on October 15, 1955, to the late Alanson Hibbard and Frances Vogan Hibbard. She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Stallings of the home, daughter Courtney Stallings Butler and husband David of Clarkton, one grandson Jainus Butler and three sisters, Debra Reynolds, Sharon Stokes, and Brenda Stellato.

Beverly was a loving and talented wife, mother, and grandmother. She adored her family, especially her grandson. She taught school for several years and simply loved learning and teaching new things. Beverly had a passion for genealogy. She often researched family trees and visited cemeteries in search of family descendants. Her favorite time of the year was Spring when all things were new. However, she loved the fall colors as well. Her other past times were spent reading, crocheting, creating diamond art, and watching the highland games. Beverly will be remembered most for her creativity and her grand sense of humor.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 4 pm at the Clarkton Presbyterian Church in Clarkton, NC with the Reverend Barrett Ingram officiating.
