Annie Hill

Annie Rie Hinson Hill, age 81, of Elizabethtown passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. She was born in Columbus County on July 15, 1941, to the late Walter and Carrie Hinson.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Donald “Donnie” Hill, Sr. and one brother Robert Hinson. She is survived by her son Charles Donald Hill Jr. of the home and siblings Mildred Ward of Whiteville and Charlene Hinson.

Annie was a loving sister, wife, and mother. She simply adored her son “Donnie”. She enjoyed working, crafting, cooking, and reading. Annie had a selfless love and always put others’ needs before her own. She will be remembered for her sweet disposition and her unconditional love.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Whites Creek Baptist Church in Clarkton with the Reverend Warren Hill officiating.
