Mabel Davis Benton June 26, 2010

Mabel Davis Benton, 87, of Bladenboro, entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2010.

She is predeceased by her parents, William Montgomery Davis and Annie Smith Davis; granddaughter, Camelia Joy Graham; son-in-law, Archie M. Graham; two brothers, Wilton Davis and Downey Hester; three sisters, Naomie Guyton, Pauline Davis, and Mary Alice Kennedy.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Benton of the home; her brother, Leo Hester of Lumberton; three daughters, Sue Jordan Graham of Ocean Isle; Deborah Benton Sapp and husband, Leonard, of Bladenboro; and Samantha Benton Davis and husband, Tracy, of Bladenboro: and two sons, Tim Benton and wife, Pamela Avant, of Bladenboro; and Craig Benton of Bladenboro; eight grandchildren, Tammy Graham, Jamie Graham, Audra Benton Fortune and husband, Richard Fortune, Jonathan Sapp and wife, Charlotte, Ashley Benton, Timothy Benton, Franklin Benton, and Carley Davis; two great-grandchildren, Will Benton and Avery Sapp.

The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church, Bladenboro, Monday, June 28, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM.

Services will be Tuesday, June 29, at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church, Bladenboro, with Rev. Bobby Carden, Rev. Johnny Guyton and
Rev. Darin Andrews officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pine Crest Cemetery.
