Neil Julian Savage June 19, 2010

Neil Julian Savage, age 81, of Council died on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Savage; three sisters and a brother.

He is survived by two sons, Anthony Savage of the home and John Savage and wife Sara of Clarkton; three daughters, Jenny Savage Smith of Council, Melanie Howell and husband Glenn of Clarkton and Carol Savage Cox of Council; two brothers, Adrian Savage of Council and Gerald Savage of Dublin; seven grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Nathan and Aaron Howell, Jonathan, Danielle and Lauren Savage, and Brianna Hudson.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 21, 2010 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Savage Family Cemetery in Council.
